Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
All sales are final, unless, the product itself was damaged during shipping, I will gladly replace it after I am contacted and the original purchase is returned via reputable carrier of your choice with Delivery Confirmation.
Please exercise good judgment before placing your order and ask any questions you may have. I happily will respond promptly.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom jewelry pieces are created for you soon after your order is placed. All designs must be approved by the client before production will begin.
Custom orders take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders come in a beautiful bag and ready for gifting. If you’d like an additional handwritten note, a printed message, or a birthday card added to your order, please feel free to contact me to add one to your order at no additional charge! If purchasing multiple items please let me know if you’d like items wrapped individually.
If you’d like to have your item, come in a gift-wrapped box with a bow you can now select that service at checkout. Gift wrapping services are $5 and come with a box, wrapping paper, a tulle bow and a handmade crystal ornament, a card, and an envelope. Please message me and let me know what special message you’d like to write to your recipient.

Care instructions
~Always remove your Magical Energy Mala or other Magical Energy jewelry before showering or sleeping to avoid tarnishing of the metal.
~Treat your Magical Energy Mala with the same tenderness as you would expect to treat your favorite crystal.
~Certain crystals I use, like Selenite, are soft stones. Please do not get your crystals wet and handle with care.
~ Use a soft cloth to polish your crystals keeping them shiny and happy. To energetically clear your crystals simply place 3 or more crystals together. (P.s. I took care of this for you in most cases of my Malas, they are already energetically clear.)
-Sandalwood is a softer wood so avoid getting wet. If they do get water on them, use an absorbent towel to remove most of the moisture and let them air dry. Sandalwood beads will darken and lose their fragrance over time. To keep them smelling beautiful longer, keep them in their drawstring pouch or in an air-tight box.
~Never submerge your jewelry in jewelry polishes or cleansers. A dry polishing cloth is all that is needed to remove fingerprints and body oil from the pendant.

Each beautiful jewelry piece varies in size and detail. To view the size of any particular pendant of interest, click through the photos of the desired listing where you will find a measurement photo of each item.
Commissions
I happily accept commissions. Please click the “contact” button and we can get started! I work very closely with my customers on commissions. A non-refundable down payment is required to start the commission process. You will be able to see and provide feedback throughout the creation process. I love to co-create pieces with my customers and I do my best to work quickly. From start to finish this process can take up to 2 weeks (many times I have to put in special bead orders) but if you need a mala quickly there is a large variety of beautiful Magical Energy Mala Necklaces currently in the shop and that list keeps growing!

Allergies?
If you have a metal allergy, please reach out and message me. I try to use nickel-free metals in my jewelry but if it is not listed as nickel-free then I cannot verify that it is allergy-free. I can offer you different options to replace certain metal features with other materials. Just ask me!

Each of my items is insured with my lifetime hassle-free warranty! If your jewelry ever encounters an accident, simply message me for a free repair!
