How much of your life are you actually choosing?

How much of your life are you actually choosing?

And how much of it was chosen for you before you were even conscious enough to question it?

On this week’s episode of Modern Mystic Soul, I’m joined by Shaman Usher, who describes himself as a “Shaman of consciousness.”

Usher believes that many of us move through life in something of a dream state shaped by our families, culture, society, expectations, and past experiences without realizing how much of what we think, believe, and choose has been influenced by something outside of ourselves.

Think The Matrix… but instead of taking the red pill, awakening begins by becoming conscious of your own mind, emotions, energy, and choices.

We explore:

✨ What it means to become conscious of the conditioning shaping your life
✨ Usher’s spiritual journey and experiences in Siberia
✨ Why difficult experiences can sometimes become catalysts for spiritual awakening
✨ What changes when spirituality becomes the center of life rather than something we occasionally practice
✨ The energy we give to anger, love, desire, and relationships
✨ Learning to consciously direct our emotional energy
✨ And what it means to move through life with greater awareness and intention

One of my favorite ideas from our conversation was the reminder that spiritual practice isn’t necessarily about escaping our human experience.

It can be about becoming more conscious of how we participate in it.

Something shifted with this Full Moon in Aries. An

Something shifted with this Full Moon in Aries. And during our September 26th Spirit Circle, the Golden Circle Council of Sirius and the Arcturian Council of Light explained exactly what. 🌕🔥

The transmission that came through described where humanity is right now in a way that gave me chills. The metaphor they used for what this acceleration actually feels like from the inside is something I have not been able to stop thinking about since this session. You are going to want to hear it in their words.

The group also brought three questions forward. The Schumann resonance blackout that so many have been asking about. How to move forward powerfully in this new energy. And whether the eclipse season we just completed has genuinely opened a new chapter.

The Councils had something specific to say about all three.

New episode is live now. 🎙️ Link in bio.

What if creating peace in the world actually begin

What if creating peace in the world actually begins with resolving the conflict within ourselves?

On this week's episode of Modern Mystic Soul, I'm joined by international peace activist, psychic channel, author, and co-founder of Conflict REVOLUTION™ Barbara With for a fascinating conversation about consciousness, manifestation, emotional healing, and creating peace from the inside out.

Barbara's work grew out of an extraordinary spiritual journey that includes channeling Albert Einstein and the "Angels" and developing what she calls the Science of Compassion and Maps of Human Consciousness.

And our conversation went in some really interesting directions.

✨ Why our internal conflicts can become reflected in the world around us
✨ What Barbara has learned through channeling Albert Einstein
✨ The role our emotions and nervous system play in manifestation
✨ Why visualization may work differently when we release our attachment to the outcome
✨ Processing difficult emotions rather than trying to spiritually bypass them
✨ How Conflict REVOLUTION™ offers a process for resolving conflict within ourselves
✨ And why Barbara believes creating world peace ultimately begins with each of us

We also talked about something I've been experimenting with in my own manifestation practice: detached visualization.

Can we clearly imagine what we desire, feel into its possibility...and then become neutral enough to allow it to arrive differently than we expected?

This was such an expansive conversation about the intersection of the deeply personal and the collective, because perhaps changing the world isn't separate from the work we do within ourselves.
